Prepare the interactive edition

Download the issue package, then upload it to ccsa-interactive-newsletters as a Preview deployment using the name above. This keeps each monthly edition separate.

Verify the online edition

Once Cloudflare reports Success, open the address and check the cover, Contents links, images, video and navigation before registering it.

Register it in the Midlands app

This final step adds the interactive edition to the matching newsletter month in the Midlands app. It is deliberately unavailable while the issue is still Draft.

The Midlands app must remain open in the tab that launched the Studio.

Keep uploading the A4 PDF to the existing Midlands Google Drive newsletter folder. The app will automatically combine that PDF with this interactive edition for the same month.
